Skillet Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Cooking Oil

  • 1/4 cup Popcorn Kernels 

  • Salt

  • Butter melted

Instructions:

  • Place oil in a skillet.  Heat on medium high for 3 minutes.  Add popcorn kernels.  Place a lid over the skillet. 

  • When you stop hearing the popping sound immediately remove from heat and pour into a bowl.  Spread the butter on top and sprinkle with salt. 

Fresh Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 3 tomatoes

  • ½ onion

  • 1 jalapeño (optional)

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Chop everything.

  2. Mix in bowl.

Pico de Gallo

Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • Salt

  • (Optional) tomato, cilantro, onion

Instructions:

  1. Mash avocados.

  2. Add seasonings.

Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic

  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Blend until smooth.
