Skillet Popcorn
Ingredients:

1/4 cup Cooking Oil

1/4 cup Popcorn Kernels
-
Salt
-
Butter melted
Instructions:
-
Place oil in a skillet. Heat on medium high for 3 minutes. Add popcorn kernels. Place a lid over the skillet.

When you stop hearing the popping sound immediately remove from heat and pour into a bowl. Spread the butter on top and sprinkle with salt.
Fresh Salsa
Ingredients:
-
3 tomatoes
-
½ onion
-
1 jalapeño (optional)
-
1 tbsp lime juice
-
Salt
Instructions:
-
Chop everything.
-
Mix in bowl.


Guacamole
Ingredients:
-
2 avocados
-
1 tbsp lime juice
-
Salt
-
(Optional) tomato, cilantro, onion
Instructions:
-
Mash avocados.
-
Add seasonings.
Hummus
Ingredients:
-
1 can chickpeas
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 clove garlic
-
Salt
Instructions:
-
Blend until smooth.
