1st Aid Kit

There are many types of 1st Aid kits.  Some are EDC (every day carry),  while others are for special occasions or trips.  These kits cover anything from bumps and scrapes to major trauma supplies.  Everyone should be up to date with 1st Aid and CPR training.  There are also other classes offered to the public like CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) training. These training courses are very helpful and save lives in emergency situations.
