Soup and Broth
Making soup and bone broth are simpler than you might expect. It is hard to go wrong so jump in and try making some nutritious soup.


Chicken Broth
Ingredients:

chicken bones
-
8 cups water
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 onion (optional)
Instructions:

Simmer everything 2–4 hours.

Strain.
Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
-
2 cups shredded chicken
-
4 cups broth
-
2 cups noodles
-
Salt + pepper
Instructions:
-
Simmer broth + noodles 10 minutes.
-
Add chicken.
-
Season.
