Cooking with Propane and Butane
Cooking with propane offers a versatile and efficient way to prepare meals. Propane heats up quickly, providing consistent temperatures that are perfect for searing meats or simmering sauces. Almost everyone has a BBQ grill of some kind. But did you know you can cook bread in one? All you need to do is create an enclosed oven-like atmosphere. Place your bread dough in a bread pan and then putting it on the grill. Close the lid and let it bake. You can use this method with a charcoal grill as well, although the bread will have a deep smoky flavor.

Cooking with Butane is common with camping and backpacking equipment. These stoves can vary in price from very cheap to more expensive. It all depends on what type you want. The cheaper styles are primarily used in backpacking to boil water. But there are larger versions that can be used with a small pan.
